About us

When growing up on a farm in Central California, you get to experience all the amazing fresh flavors the San Joaquin Valley has to offer in fruits, vegetables, and great Mexican food. I started experimenting making pickled jalapenos and then making them as Christmas gifts for my friends and family. Over the years, I perfected my recipes to what we have today.
